Downloads are handled by Paypal (Click on the link that says "Return to Merchant" on the last Paypal page to go directly to the download).

If you don't receive the download links for the models you ordered, contact me IMMEDIATELY before you do anything else. I will get back to you as soon as possible, and send you the links.

I have a day job, and sometimes get very busy. Please allow up to 8 hours for me to respond.

If you file a claim with Paypal without contacting me first, it will be disputed.
